This plot was on a natural terrace overlooking the Tajuña River Valley. We were commissioned to design a relatively small house on one single storey, although  a basement could be added in the future due to the plot’s sloping terrain. The house was configured with  a centrally distributed layout, with an entrance leading to the living room in the middle,  two bedrooms with bathrooms on one side and  dining room with kitchen  on the other side, all built with an interesting sloped ceiling design, and preceded by a porch with a big terrace.
