ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED:  1995/1996

It was the first house to be built in the prestigious resort of La Zagaleta. It was a beautiful plot with 360º panoramic views at its summit. The design was based on the imperative of maximising the commercial value of the house.  It had a small patio past the entrance leading into a sunken, high-ceilinged reception area .

The ground floor had two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of them  assigned to be either a guest room or a room for domestic staff. The upper floor had the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a terrace and another bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It was purchased by the client while it was being constructed.
