The plot had an 8 meter gradient with a good view towards the famous Valderrama golf course. It was developed around a small patio closed on three sides. The swimming pool rim sits flush with the patio’s stone-work so that on one side the water seems to overflow towards the valley. We chose a flat rooftop. We decided to have the main entrance on  the upper floor where bedrooms, bathrooms and terraces were located, with the lower floor consisting of the reception areas.
