ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED: 2000/Almost finalised.

The plot had extraordinarily good views towards the valley of the Guadiaro river, but it also had a gradient of up to 7 meters in some places. We designed a house with a unified reception area, two big bedrooms and a big porch to enhance the views. We chose to build only one floor although a future basement could be built later. Before the construction work was finalised we enlarged the design with a small upper floor with a terrace.
