LOCATION: Alvarado St., Sotogrande, San Roque, Cádiz.

CONSTRUCTION SURFACE AREA: 720 sq. mts.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED: 1987/1990

It was our first project  in the prestigious Sotogrande resort. We were influenced by the already existing houses of Gutierrez Soto in the area. It was a corner plot.  The house  had a patio past the entrance. The ground floor comprised of the main reception areas and a small apartment for guests and the upper floor had three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a terrace.
