The promoters wanted to maximize the plot’s best feature: the magnificent views. We wanted a main floor with a large terrace and a smaller upper floor.

Favoured by the plot’s sloping ground it was possible to have a full-scale basement.

The ground floor had different areas overlooking the main terrace: hall, living, sitting and dining rooms, a kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
