Our English clients in this case, owned two adjoining plots of a
thousand square metres each; there was a significant gradient to the
land so they decided to first level it and to then construct a small
rocaille-motif garden out of this reclaimed land.
The lay out they were looking for included a main floor consisting
of a living room, dining room, two service bedrooms, dressing rooms,
bathrooms and a garage. The top floor comprised of a main bedroom and
a smaller room. A large terrace was required to take advantage of the
beautiful coastal views. The project entailed much intricate work
under time-pressure while the client was largely abroad. The final
result proved very satisfactory indeed.
