The client who commissioned this project wanted above all space and comfort; the style he looked for had to be something with local colour  but with some innovative design details too. The design includes a full-scale basement, a ground floor with its different reception areas, and a top floor with four bedrooms and a sitting area. An independently accessed staircase leads to a viewing platform on top of a small tower.
