This option allows us, in line with your instructions, to proceed from the architectural design stage to the definitive drafting of construction documents so that the constructor may proceed with the building of your house. We will of course also assist you at this time with the hiring of the construction crew, selection of fixtures and fittings and with any other finishing touches. Once a construction crew has been chosen we will provide them with  a full measurements schedule so that they may proceed immediately to build your house under our close supervision.  CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS Drafting of a memorandum covering all structural work along with the different electrical, water and other installations.
