1984 -1985 -Renovation of several flats in the city centre -Interior design .of a large building in Sardinia -Design of a retirement home for the elderly in Bologna -Supervision of construction of a tourist apartment complex in Monghidoro.
1986  -Competition/Tender to design an extension for the Town Hall of Alcorcón. Project received special commendation from the selection committee -Design of two terraced houses in La Fuente de la Salud in Pozuelo de Alarcon in collaboration with Eduardo Ramos. -Design and Supervision of execution of a residential block of 6 flats in Calle Comago, Pozuelo de Alarcon, in collaboration with Eduardo Ramos.
1987  -Competition/Tender for an underground market place along with the holiday village square above it in Lucena, Cordoba -Various renovation projects of rural residences in the province of Segovia. -Design and supervision of execution of a block of 8 flats with their accompanying garages en Calle Antillón 11, Madrid. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in Sotogrande, Andalucia.
1988 -Design and supervision of execution of 112 residences along with their garages in the Parquesol housing estate of Valladolid in collaboration with the architect, Joaquin Hernández Bravo. -Preliminary design of a complete refurbishment of the 19th Century Lara Theater, Madrid, working in collaboration with the Interior Decorator Pinto Coelho -Design of a 43 unit commercial and residential project in Pozuelo de Alarcón in collaboration with Eduardo Ramos
1989 -Design of a 31 unit terraced residential development in Sotogrande, in collaboration with Juan Sobrino and Paz Perez.Seoane. -Design and supervision of execution of an 18 unit terraced residential development in Manilva, Malaga. -Design of a holiday villa  in Calle Duarte, Sotogrande in collaboration with Juan Sobrino. -Preliminary design of a holiday villa in Calle Buenos Aires, Sotogrande. -Design and supervision of execution of a holliday villa in Calle Begoña 6, Sotogrande.
1990 -Design and supervision of execution of a holyday villa in Calle Begoña 28, in Sotogrande in collaboration with Paz Perez Seoane. -Design and supervision of execution of a holyday villa in Calle Alvarado, Sotogrande of comercial units in the Sotogrande Marina. -Design and supervision of execution of the Sports and Leisure Club in the San Roque Club resort, developed by Rembrandt Enterprises. -Initial specification draft and architectural design for a municipal estate in Los Pinos, Algeciras. -Design of a country residence in Monte de Valedeoliva, San Agustín de Guadalix, Madrid .
1991 -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in the Paseo del Parque, Sotogrande. -Design of a commercial development for shops and offices in Guadiaro, San Roque. -Design of a holiday villa in Calle Benavente, Sotogrande. -Two preliminary designs commissioned by Sotogrande SA itself , one for a terraced-house development  and the other for a large leisure complex which included residences, a hotel, and a Club house for the accompanying golf course -Design and supervision of execution of two residences and a garage in the centre of San Roque, Cadiz. -Interior design of office and Restaurant units  for the Sotogrande, Marina.
1992   -Design of a detached house in the Pinos de Algeciras housing estate. -Design and supervision of execution of a commercial building in Calle Sierra Bermeja, Guadiaro, San Roque, Cádiz. -Design and supervision of execution of a detached house and adjoining  shop units in Calle Venezuela, La Linea de la Concepción, Cádiz. -Design of a holiday villa  in Calle Duarte, Sotogrande. -Design of a holiday villa in Calle Buenos Aires of Sotogrande. -Elaboration of a study on the standardisation of the construction process and the resulting  implementation models as applied to the single residence.
1993   -Preliminary design of a holiday villa in Calle  Avila, Sotogrande. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in Calle Duarte, Sotogrande. -Design for the completion of a residence in the Villafranca del Castillo development, Madrid. Initial design project for  a 16 unit holiday villa development in Calle Paseo del Parque, Sotogrande.
1994 -Design and supervision of the complete refurbishment of a country residence in Los Molinos, Madrid, in collaboration with Juan Sobrino. -Design and supervisión of execution of the extensión and renovation work for a holiday villa in Calle Felipe II, Sotogrande. -A house extensión in Calle Belen, Sotogrande -Design and supervision of execution of extensión and renovation work for a holiday villa in Paseo del Parque, Sotogrande. -Design and supervision of execution of two holiday villas in Calle Fez and Fénix, Sotogrande, in collaboration with Francisco Aiguavives.
1995 -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in the La Zagaleta Resort, Benahavias, Málaga. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in Calle Braganza, Sotogrande. -Design and supervision of the completion of a holiday villa in Las Colinas del Mar, San Roque. -Design and supervision of the refurbishment of  a holiday villa in Calle Avila, Sotogrande, Cádiz. -Preliminary design of a holiday villa in La Zagaleta Resort, Málaga.
1996 -Initial specification, division and identification of lots and definitive architectural design of a municipal estate in C/Amapola, Adalides, Algeciras. -Preliminary design of a holiday villa in the La Zagaleta Resort, Málaga. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in the La Zagaleta Resort, Málaga. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in the La Zagaleta Resort, Benahavis, Málaga.
1997 -Design and supervision of execution of a swimming pool and pavilion in the Calle Avila, Sotogrande. -Design and supervision of execution of an extension of a  holiday villa in Calle Fondo, Sotogrande. -Design and supervision of execution of a 28 unit residential development in La Torrecilla, San Roque in collaboration -with Esperanza Palencia y Joseba Eguidazu. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in the La Zagaleta Resort, Málaga. -Design and supervision of execution of a residence in C/Barbesula, Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, San Roque -Preliminary design of a holiday villa in the La Zagaleta Resort, Málaga. -Closed competition for the overall design of a new development area of the La Zagaleta Resort, Málaga,  meant to include a golf course, hotels, and other amenities;  in collaboration with Mario Velarde. -Design and supervision of the complete refurbishment and extension of  a Royal Sotogrande Golf Club bungalow, Sotogrande. -Design of a 4star hotel in the San Roque Club resort. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in the El Paraíso development, Estepona, Málaga.. -Design and supervision of execution of a house and adjoining shop unit in San Martín de Tesorillo, Cádiz. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa and swimming pool in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, Málaga, in collaboration with Mario Velarde.
1998 -Preliminary design of a holiday villa in La Zagaleta Resort, Málaga. -Design of the conversion of a mill into a country hotel in Font de Carros, Valencia, in collaboration with Ricardo Elizondo. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa and swimming pool in the La Zagaleta Resort, Málaga.. -Interior design of the World Telecom. offices in Azca, Madrid. -Competition/Tender for an office building held by The Community of  Madrid in Calle Carretas, Madrid, in collaboration with Ricardo Elizondo. -Design and supervision of execution of a villa and swimming pool in  Somosaguas, Madrid, in collaboration with Ricardo Elizondo.
1999 -Design and supervision of execution of a villa and swimming pool in Valgrande, Chinchón, Madrid. -Design and supervision of execution of a villa and swimming pool in the La Margarita development of La Linea, Cádiz. -Design and supervision of the complete refurbishment and extension of a holiday villa, in Calle Albéniz,, Sotogrande. -Competition entry for the remodelling of the Paseo del Prado, in collaboration with William Rendall and Ricardo Elizondo. -Design and supervision of execution of the changing rooms and washrooms of the La Paloma Lasalle school, Madrid. -Collaboration with Ricardo Elizondo and Adrian Beloso for the design of the total renovation of the office building at Paseo de Recoletos 14, Madrid. -Design and supervision of execution of a villa and swimming pool in  Sotogrande. -Collaboration with Rafael de La-Hoz on the supervision of execution of a 204-unit residential development in Barajas, Madrid. -Complete renovation of the facade of the 19th century Lara Theater, Madrid

2001 -Design and supervision of execution of a villa and swimming pool in Calle Algar,  Sotogrande. -Competition/Tender entry for the Contemporary Arts Museum of Alicante in collaboration with Ramn Andradea. -Residential block in Carabanchel, Madrid, in collaboration with Ramón Andrada. -Competition/Tender entry for the Languages Museum of Alcala de Henares, Madrid. -Collaboration with Ramón Andrada on the design of a 126-unit residential development in Las Tablas, Madrid. -House and pool renovation of a holiday residence in Calle Begoña. Sotogrande. -Design and supervision of execution of a holiday villa in Calle Begoña,  Sotogrande. -Design of a building housing a Chemist´s, in San Enrique de Guadiaro, San Roque.
2002 -Design of a villa in Calle Fondeo,  Sotogrande. -Preliminary design of a 20-unit development in the Valle de Aran skiing region, (Lerida). -Design of two holiday villas in Calle Santiago de Compostela, Sotogrande. -Design of a 39-unit residential development in the Valle de Aran skiing region.
