Taking into the fullest consideration any suggestions you may have, based on the preliminary design we will develop detailed architectural plans that will define the way your house will look. Said plans will be delivered to you fully certified by the appropriate “College of Architects” so that you may immediately apply for the local council construction permit. To achieve all of the above we will first visit the plot and hold the necessary number of meetings with you so as to resolve all issues relating to the  project. In the space of two months we will have the design ready.  If you have not chosen to contract the full turnkey solution from us you can, at this point, select the architect/constructor who will execute on the design that we have provided you. Our Definitive Design Project module includes: A  memorandum consisting of a full description of the project, along with all dimensions and measurements, local council compliance norms and parameters, a construction schedule and a formal price valuation of the construction project. Floor plans, full and cross-section , elevations, etc. Roof plans and plot fixtures.
